Taking a Look Back at LOAD516

LOAD516 class image

Happy Saturday everyone!

What’s on your crafting table today? It’s raining where I live and I’ve managed to get rid of two kids plus my husband for most of the day so besides the Father’s Day card that’s half finished, I am finally ready to share the layouts I created during last months LOAD challenge.

I know, I know, LOAD has been over for weeks but hey … every now and then, life gets in the way of crafting around here. Gasp!

Instead of a physical flip through of my layouts, I went with a slideshow – enjoy!

Not as good a showing as February’s LOAD challenge I admit. But still, that’s 16 more stories told so I will consider it a win!

I made a reference to a process video for the Runs in the Family layout, I lied. I do not have one for that. Sorry! It was the Take a Seat layout I was thinking of.

Also mentioned, I’ve got numerous posts you can check out for more details on a lot of these layouts. And if you haven’t been following me through this whole process and didn’t know I was a Featured Scrapper, then be sure to see the layouts I created in advance for four of the prompts. Everything is linked just below here and in the description box on YouTube.

Day Eleven – Featured Scrapper Layout

Week Two layout recap

Day Sixteen – Featured Scrapper Layout

Day Eighteen – Take a Seat Process Video

Day Twenty-four Featured Scrapper Layout

Also of interest to you is this post where I make a companion page to the Day 28 layout and this post where I make the 6×12″ pocket page insert from Day 29.

That’s all for today. Now off to finish that card for my husband!
