Thank you for purchasing one of my Crafting Kits!
I hope you and your child enjoy creating with the carefully curated contents inside.
As a mum to three daughters, I have had to while away many a long winter break with little ones underfoot and “bored”. Since I’m generally crafty, I can usually come up with projects to make that don’t leave my kitchen in that “post disaster” state commonly found after children have had their fill of glitter and stickers. And that is what I have assembled for you today – a mess free kit of supplies intended to keep a young child occupied … for a brief while at least!
Here is what you will find in your kit:
- One top fold 4.25″ x 5.5″ greeting card base
- One envelope
- A selection of Christmas themed puffy stickers (varies with each bag – picture shows the types of stickers you might find in your kit)
- Two colouring sheets with attached paint palettes (designs vary with each bag – picture shows examples of the types of designs you might find in your kit)
Other items you will want to have on hand:
- Felts, crayons, or pencil crayons
- A small cup of water
- Q-Tips or small paint brushes
I filmed a short video introducing the kit contents and showing you how I see them being used. Please take a look.
I hope that helped spark a few ideas of how you can use this kit. If you have a crafting cupboard at home, please add to this! You can easily add in patterned papers, construction paper, glitter, glue, or whatever you have to create more cards. I know from my own experience that while kids may need a few pointers to get started, once going, they will let their imaginations run wild and have fun. For as long as the supplies last.
These kits are designed for the younger crowd so bear that in mind when adding items from your crafting stash. And be prepared to stick around and help cut and paste!
And have fun!
