Embracing Imperfection – a Mini-rerun for Practical Scrappers

Over at Practical Scrappers today the Specialty Team (that’s me!) is sharing some mini albums made from altered items. Mine is one I’ve shared before but sometimes it’s good to take another look at an older project, no?

This is a project I did in 2011 for a class at Big Picture Classes called Embracing Imperfection. Imperfection is a topic I know a lot about, I assure you!

So what is my everyday object that I altered? Cardboard CD cases. You can see them in this photo.

I simply used double sided tape to stick them together to form my mini and then covered them with pretty Bella Blvd patterned papers. The quotes were given to us and I just used the ones I wanted.

Here are some close up shots of the pages.

Some pages had inserts in them like this one (above).

This is my back cover.

A side view to show you all the pages and how I bound them.

Thanks for stopping by for this re-visit. See all the other minis here.
