I am back!
My husband and I had a wonderful time visiting my family and my homeland but now we are back and it’s time to get into the swing of things again. Starting with my poor wee (forgive me, I was just in Scotland) blog!
The main reason for our visit was to attend the wedding of my cousin Jennifer. It seems only appropriate to start with the card I made for them. Continue reading
When it comes to colour combinations is pink and orange one that immediately pops into your head? Mine either but that’s what I found myself using when creating this layout with Amanda Robinson Studio’s latest cut file.
Is it hot where you live right now? I know some of you may be “Down Under” and in the middle of winter, but up here on the West Coast of Canada we are enjoying a particularly hot summer. Not all our summers are this hot but when they are we make the most of it.
Today I’m sharing a layout using the latest FREE cut file from Amanda Robinson Studios all about a particularly hot spell last summer.
WARNING: there may be some naked baby bum shots!! 🙂 Continue reading
Hooked you with that title, didn’t I? 🙂
I am actually referring to the last of the Summer Free-For-All cut files and printable journaling cards available from Amanda Robinson Studios this week.
** EDITED AUGUST 15, 2016 FOR SUMMER LOVIN’ MINI-LOAD:
The wonderful Amanda Robinson is no longer selling her cut files and has shut her cut shop down, so … I have removed all of those broken links from this post. If you are enrolled in the ScrapHappy Summer Lovin’ Mini LOAD going on this week and are having trouble downloading or using the cut files Alice sent in the email today, please contact me! Either PM me on Facebook, through the Flickr Gallery, or use the contact me button to your right (scroll down to the ‘let’s get social’ tab).
I can’t wait to see what you make with these cut files!**
This week over at Amanda Robinson Studios we’ve got daily fabulous inspiration and FREE cut files from the Creative Team. Amanda has been busy this summer moving houses and studying Graphic Design so we all chipped in to help. Today’s feature is a cut file from yours truly paired with a printable sheet from Amy Kingsford.
We didn’t have to create with our own files but since I had specific photos in mind while creating it, I thought I might as well! Get those memories scrapped, right?
Here’s what I made.
I’ve had the pleasure of being on the Creative Team for Amanda Robinson Studios for a while now and after a little hiatus, we are back with a new Team Coordinator, new cut files for your inspiration and, coming soon, new cut file and printable bundles!! If you have a digital die cut machine like a Silhouette, I encourage you to check out Amanda’s shop. She’s got super cute, trendy and usable files for sale as well as a ton that are 100% FREE.
Yesterday she posted a FREE file called Egg Hunt and I got to play with it beforehand.
