Today I am getting into the Easter spirit and showing you the cards that will be landing in my Etsy Shop later today. It was totally my plan to have them ready for you to shop when this post goes live but … life, in the form of a massive sinus cold and a basketball team wrap up party at our house put a damper on that plan. Once I boot the kids off to school today and have a good rest, I will get those posted to my shop. For now, please enjoy these new card creations.
Easter Basket Card
Lots of texture here. The basket has a woven-ish texture stenciled on it and the eggs are embossed with different embossing folders.
Easter Cross Card
Not everyone is all about the bunnies, eggs and chicks so this one is for them. It didn’t show up on camera but the little blue doily has been brushed with Wink of Stella for a bit of sparkle. It’s subtle but that’s in keeping with the feel of the card anyway.
Easter Bunny with Eggs Card
For those who are into bunnies and eggs at Easter! The tails have white Liquid Pearl on them to give them a fluffy cotton tail look. I also added some small dots to the butterflies for added interest. Those butterflies came from the punched border down at the bottom. Never throw anything out, right?
